Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the table is disassembled and secured in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our workshop.

  Schedule Transportation

  We will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
